The 5th “Kharibulbul” International Folklore Festival has today kicked off in Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva are attending the opening of the festival.
